Weight Management Programs

The cost to participate is $150, due on July 31 to reserve your place in the study.

This includes 3 months of 0.25 mg compounded Semaglutide with Cyanocobalamin.

After the first month, participants may choose to remain at 0.25 mg or increase their dose. Dose increases are optional and will result in additional medication costs. There are no hidden fees. No consultation fees.

Attendance is required to participate.

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older 
• Complete all required application paperwork 
• Have been off all GLP-1 medications for at least 8 weeks 
• Attend one required orientation class 
• Pay the $150 study fee on July 31 if selected 
• Pick up medication on designated Fridays (pickup dates will be provided to selected participants) 
• Complete a SECA body composition scan at every pickup appointment 
• Complete a short progress evaluation at each visit 
• Follow study guidelines throughout the 12-week program

• All information collected will remain confidential. 
• Data will be de-identified before being analyzed.

Yes, as long as you have been off all GLP-1 medications for at least 8 weeks before beginning the study.

No. Completing the application does not guarantee selection.

Medication pickups will occur on designated Fridays throughout the study.

Selected participants will receive the pickup schedule.

Each visit includes:

• Medication pickup 
• SECA body composition analysis 
• Weight check 
• Brief progress evaluation 
• Opportunity to discuss questions or concerns

Because this is a structured evidence-based practice project, participants are expected to attend scheduled appointments and complete required evaluations whenever possible.

No participant names or identifying information will appear in the project. All information is kept confidential and managed in accordance with HIPAA privacy regulations.
