Trinity Bejarano, RN brings 20+ years of nursing experience and hands-on support. Price Polley, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, helps you build sustainable nutrition and habit strategies.

This option is for established weight-loss patients who are continuing their current treatment.

At scheduling, please include in the notes:

• The medication you are picking up (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)
• Whether you want to stay at the same dose or increase/decrease
• Any questions or updates we should know before pickup

4. If approved, we will text you the next steps.
5. Once approved, you can pick up your medication anytime during normal office hours—no appointment needed!
