infusion appointment comes with a recommended care plan from one of our Revive Innovations Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP).
2. Careplan
FNPs will review your current and past medical history and make a recommendation for an IV blend that fits your needs.
3. Infusion time!
You may choose to have your infusion in your home or in our office.
In-office infusions come with a relaxation experience including time in our massage chairs, relaxing music, and complementary oxygen as requested.
